Yesterday, OFAC delisted Satish Seemar, a UAE horse trainer (notice). Mr Seemar had been listed for being the horse trainer for Ramzan Kadyrov, the Head of the Chechen Republic (press release). OFAC also removed the yacht, Addiction, from the sanctions list (notice). The yacht had been listed for being linked to Sergei Adoniev (notice).
