OFSI have issued General Licence INT/2023/3263556, which allows payments and other actions to take place in relation to insolvency proceedings associated with two Irish GTLK companies, GTLK Europe DAC and GTLK Europe Capital DAC, and their subsidiaries (notice). GTLK Europe DAC and GTLK Europe Capital DAC were wound up by the Irish High Court on 31 May 2023 (previous post).
