BIS amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to reflect changes reached by the Nuclear Suppliers Group in its June 2019 plenary meeting in Kazakhstan and its June 2022 plenary meeting in Poland. The amendment revises 5 Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) under the Commerce Control List (CCL).
