On Wednesday 31 May, OFAC issued Russia-related General License 69 “Authorizing Certain Debt Securities Servicing Transactions Involving International Investment Bank” (notice). The new General License authorises transactions that are necessary to the processing of interest or principal payments on debt securities issued by International Investment Bank (IIB) prior to 12 April 2023. The license is operative until 30 June 2023.
