US licences sale of $120m superyacht by Antigua and Barbuda

On Thursday 18 May, the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda announced that OFAC lifted sanctions on the Alfa Nero, allowing the government to sell the vessel. The yacht was blocked on 2 August 2022 when its alleged owner, Andrey Guryev, former head of PhosAgro, was sanctioned by the US Treasury (press release, notice, previous post).
