The UN Security Council 1518 Sanctions Committee (Iraq sanctions) has de-listed former Iraqi government minister Humam Abd al-Khaliq Abd al-Ghafur and former Republican Guard Chief of Staff Ayad Futayyih Khalifa al-Rawi.
