US issues General Licence for Syria earthquake relief

OFAC has issued Syria General Licence (GL) 23, which authorises until 8 August 2023 all transactions related to earthquake relief that would be otherwise prohibited by the Syrian Sanctions Regulations. Press Release & Notice.
