EU court upholds designation of Belarus air traffic control for diversion of Ryanair flight FR4978

The EU General Court has rejected an annulment action by Belaeronavigatsia, the Belarusian state-owned enterprise responsible for air traffic control, challenging the 2021 and 2022 acts designating it on the EU’s Belarus sanctions list.
