EU Commission says €18.9 billion in Russian assets frozen by Member States

In response to a parliamentary question tabled by Francisco José Millán Mon, the European Commission has said that, as of 16 December 2022, Member States had reported a total of €18.9 billion in assets frozen under Russia sanctions located in their jurisdictions.
