On 1 December 2022, the UN Security Council Committee concerning Libya granted 6-month humanitarian travel exemptions to UN-listed Safia Farkash Al-Barassi, Aisha Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar Qadhafi and Mohammed Muammar Qadhafi.
