According to a Notice published on Friday (9 December 2022), the UK Department of International Trade’s Export Control Unit (ECJU) issued 12 compound settlement offers for unlicensed exports of dual-use goods, military goods and related activity controlled by the Export Control Order 2008 between May and October 2022. The settlements valued between £1,000 and £271,700.25 and totalled £510,670.13.
