OFSI updates Libya sanctions guidance on asset freezes

OFSI yesterday updated its Libya sanctions Guidance to include: amended sections on full and partial asset freezes, the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) and Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAIP) and ownership and control; and a new section on exceptions and licenses.
