UK extends definition of “relevant firm” to crypto exchange providers

The UK published the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2022 (Explanatory Memorandum) and the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.2) Regulations 2022 (Explanatory Memorandum) on 19 July 2022.
