Uyghur Forced Labour Prevention Act enters into force

The US Uyghur Forced Labour Prevention Act (UFLPA) entered into force yesterday, 21 June 2022. It introduces a rebuttable presumption that any goods mined, produced or manufactured wholly or in part in Xinjiang are in violation of 19 U.S.C. § 1307.
