OFAC reaches $255k settlement with Banco Popular de Puerto Rico

OFAC has announced that Puerto Rican bank Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (BPPR) has agreed to pay $255,937.86 to settle its potential civil liability for 337 apparent violations of US sanctions on Venezuela.
