The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs today announced reciprocal sanctions on 63 Japanese nationals, including Prime Minster Fumio Kishida, Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno, Minister for Foreign Affairs Yoshimasa Hayashi, as well as other members of government, politicians, officials, businesspeople, members of the media and academics. Those listed are subject to travel bans.
