US Commerce Department identifies Belarusian and Russian aircrafts violating US export controls

On 14 April 2022, the US Commerce Department announced that its Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) had identified 10 additional aircraft which were in likely violation of US export controls, including the first 7 Belarusian owned/operated commercial planes.
