UN de-lists 1 from ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List

The UN has removed Khalil Ben Ahmed Ben Mohamed Jarraya from its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Sanctions List. Press Release.
