UK & Baltic states authorised to transfer US weapons to Ukraine

The UK, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are reported to have obtained authorisation by the US State Department to transfer US-origin missiles and other weapons from their inventories to Ukraine, as required by US export control regulations.
