EU de-lists former Libyan Prime Minister

The EU has removed former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi Al-Mahmoudi from its Libya sanctions list. Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1932 and Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2021/1942.
