EU adds 8 people to Russia targeted sanctions

The EU has adopted Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/1791 and Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/1792, which add 8 people, including members of the judiciary and security officers, to the EU’s Russia sanctions regime for those said to have undermined the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
