EU General Court dismisses DRC sanctions challenge

The EU General Court has dismissed the applications of 10 Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) nationals, including former officials, to annul their 2019 targeted sanctions re-listings pursuant to Council Decision (CFSP) 2019/2109 and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2101.
