US State Dept increases civil monetary penalty for ITAR violations

Pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act, the US State Department has issued a final rule which increases the 2021 maximum civil monetary penalty to $1,197,728 per violation for export control breaches under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
