Biden administration asks Court to suspend TikTok & WeChat proceedings

The Biden administration has filed two motions (here and here) requesting that the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit hold in abeyance the proceedings challenging prohibitions on certain transactions relating to TikTok and WeChat.
