UNSC delists 2 from Iraq sanctions

The UN Security Council Committee concerning Iraq has removed Zuhair Talib Abd-al-Sattar Al-Naqib, and Amir Rashid Muhammad Al-Ubaidi from its sanctions list. They will no longer be subject to asset freezing measures. See press release. The EU has aligned with this decision, see Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/53.
