UNSC delists 12 from Iraq sanctions

The UN Security Council Sanctions Committee concerning Iraq has removed Muhammad Mahdi Al-Salih and 11 entities from its sanctions list. As a result, they will no longer be subject to asset freezing measures. See press release. The EU has aligned with this decision by adopting Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2003.
