The UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation has advised in advance of 31 December 2020 at 11pm (the end of the transition period) that the entities subject to sectoral sanctions in view of Russia’s destabilising actions against Ukraine are listed in Schedule 2 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
