EU delists Neda Industrial Group

The EU has removed Neda Industrial Group, an Iranian electricity supplier, from the Iran sanctions list following the General Court’s annulment of its listing in July 2020 (T-490/18 and post). The Court found that Neda’s provision of services to an Iranian uranium enrichment plant in 2006 was not sufficient to support its designation in 2018.
