New Zealand issues updated export “catch-all provisions”

New Zealand has revised its “catch-all provisions” under the Customs and Excise Act 2018, which impose controls on exports of goods, software and technologies that are not controlled under the Strategic Goods List, but which could be used in, or used in support of, military or police operations.
