EU adds 5 to Libya sanctions

The EU has imposed sanctions on 2 people responsible for human rights abuses in Libya, and 3 entities involved in violating the arms embargo on Libya. The sanctions comprise an asset freeze, travel ban, and a prohibition on making funds available to those designated.
