Russian arbitrazh courts exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with designated parties

The Russian Arbitrazh Procedure Code (APC), was amended on 8 June 2020 – Federal Law No. 171-FZ. The amendment extends the exclusive jurisdiction of the Russian commercial “arbitrazh” to disputes involving sanctioned Russian parties.
