5 people have been charged by the Maltese Police Anti-Terrorism Unit for breaching EU sanctions on Libya (Council Regulation (EU) 2016/44): James Fenech, and his employees Bertrand Agius, Konrad Agius, Charles Bugeja, and Michael Cauchi.
