US Commerce Dept extends Huawei comments window until 22 April

We reported on 11 March 2020 that the US Commerce Dept Bureau for Industry and Security (BIS) was seeking comments on the need for and scope of possible future extensions of the temporary general licence for Huawei (see post). The deadline for comments has been extended to 22 April 2020. See press release and final rule.
