UNSC removes 2 people from ISIL / Al-Qaida sanctions

The UN Security Council has delisted 2 people from its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions list: Al-Mokhtar Ben Mohamed Ben Al-Mokhtar Bouchoucha and Imad Ben Bechir Ben Hamda Al-Jammali.
