UN adds 2 Africa-based groups to terrorism sanctions list

The United Nations Security Council has added 2 Africa-based ISIL wings: Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) and Islamic State in the Greater Sahara (ISGS) to its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions list.
