Third countries align with EU Turkey, ISIL (Da’esh) and DRC sanctions

Turkey On 11 November 2019, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2019/1894, which established a sanctions framework to impose targeted sanctions against Turkey in response to unauthorised hydrocarbon exploration and production in the Eastern Mediterranean sea (see post).
