3rd OFSI penalty – Telia Carrier UK fined £146k for Syria sanctions violations

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation has imposed a penalty of £146,341 on Telia Carrier UK Limited for breach of the Syria (European Union Financial Sanctions) Regulations 2012.
