Switzerland renews sanctions against 18 Venezuelan officials

Switzerland has renewed sanctions against 18 members of the Venezuelan government initially imposed in March 2018 for “human rights violations, and the undermining of the rule of law and democratic institutions”, including a “lack of legitimacy” in the electoral process.
