FMLC report on uncertainty in EU Blocking Reg

The UK Financial Markets Law Committee (FMLC) has today published a report on the uncertainty that has arisen since the recent imposition of US sanctions with extra-territorial effect, mainly in relation to Iran, and the EU Blocking Regulation.  The report considers definitions, jurisdictional scope, damages claims, UK implementation, impact on markets etc....
