UK publishes guidance on 4 UK sanctions regimes

The UK has published guidance relating to the following sanctions regimes:

·        ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019: Guidance;

·        The Democratic Republic of Congo (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019: Guidance;

·        The Counter-Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019: Guidance; and

·        Zimbabwe (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019: Guidance.

The guidance covers best practice for compliance with prohibitions and requirements; enforcement of regulations; and circumstances where the regulations do not apply. See here for more guidance on UK sanctions regimes.
