Huawei challenges constitutionality of US sanctions

Huawei brought a claim in the Eastern District of Texas in March 2019 arguing that section 889 of the 2019 National Defence Authorisation Act (which prohibits the use or procurement of certain telecommunications or surveillance services or equipment on national security grounds, which effectively barred Huawei from the US market) is unconstitutional.  See post and post on recent Huawei sanctions. …...
