UK updates start date of OGEL to 12 April 2019

In February, we reported that the UK Department for International Trade has published a new Open General Export Licence: export of dual-use items to EU member states (see post). The licence has been amended and now stipulates that if the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the export of dual-use items requires an OGEL from 11pm on 12 April 2019.  See Guidance.
