The UK Treasury has published guidance on the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. The guidance explains the prohibitions, how they are complied with and enforced, penalties for breach, licensing etc. These regulations will implement the UK’s obligations under UN Resolution 1373 if, post Brexit, the Terrorist Asset Freezing Act 2010 is repealed by the Sanctions Act 2018.
