UK publishes regulations on Iran (nuclear) and ISIL

In addition to the two regulations adopted earlier today, see post, the UK government has published regulations on Iran (nuclear) and ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.

·        Iran (nuclear) (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. See SI 2019/461 and Explanatory Memorandum

·        ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. See SI 2019/466 and Explanatory Memorandum

These regulations will not come until force until Exit Day in the event that the UK leaves the EU without a Brexit deal.
