The USA issued updated guidance yesterday (26 February 2019) on Data Delivery Standards from OCE (the office responsible for conducting US civil enforcement investigations in cases of apparent sanctions violations). See OFAC Notice. The guidance relates to submissions and technical standards for submitting documents to the OCE including preferred practices for submitting particular types and volumes of electronic documents.
