Today (1 February), the UK’s Department for International Trade published a new Open General Export licence (OGEL): export of dual-use items to EU Member States. It will need to be used for the export of dual-use items to EU Member States in the event that the UK withdraws from the EU without a Brexit deal (NB: licences are not currently required to export dual-use items within the EU).
