US designates ‘ISIS in the Greater Sahara’ and its ‘leader’

Yesterday, the US Department of State designated ISIS in the Greater Sahara (ISIS-GS) as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation, pursuant to s 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
