EU lifts travel bans imposed over Mostar attack (10 Feb. 1997)

The EU has adopted Council Decision (CFSP) 2018/458, which repeals Common Position 97/193/CFSP. That Common Position imposed EU-wide travel bans on 3 individuals – Ivan Hrkac, Zeljko Planinic, and Bozo Peric – who were identified as “persons having perpetrated violent acts during the incidents in Mostar on 10 February 1997”….
