UN Security Council updates ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions list

The UN Security Council has removed one individual (Zayn Al-Abidin Muhammad Hussein) and amended the entry of another (Seifallah Ben Hassine) under its ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida sanctions list.
