UK ‘Magnitsky-style’ provisions come into force 31 Jan.

The UK government has passed the Criminal Finances Act 2017 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018 (SI 2018/78), which, among other things, brings section 13 of the Criminal Finances Act 2017 into force on 31 January 2018.
